Officially launching new Jill Dawson Music Website

In late 2009, Chicago-based singer/songwriter Jill Dawson is returning to music. Her new sound is infused with jazz, pop, blues and soul. In addition to working on the release of an acoustic CD to be titled "The Basement Tapes", Jill's also writing song "anthems" to encourage/empower youth.

WHEN I DREAM is the theme song for Pigtail Pals apparel and was recently highlighted/endorsed by Jess Weiner, Global Ambassador for Dove's Self Esteem Fund. She's also partnering with LeaderSpark, providing original song material for the organization's 2010 fundraising. These tunes will be released as part of the MELODY FOR CHANGE PROJECT.
