FEBRUARY
 ~Melody4Change Youtube channel launched which will highlight nonprofits/causes/companies, using her music as a backdrop. The channel includes a "demo" video for nonprofit, LeaderSpark. It's in it's infancy, but it's a beginning: http://www.youtube.com/melody4change

 ~WHEN I DREAM video is now available! Check it out on the VIDEO page. The WHEN I DREAM song is now being distributed via CD Freedom and will be available on iTunes and Rhapsody in early March. All MP3 download proceeds support the MELODY FOR CHANGE PROJECT.

DECEMBER 2009
 ~Chicago Music Guide selects Jill Dawson for their exclusive music playlist, including a recording of Song of Blue (written by Jill Dawson/John Bernstein) on their media page.

 ~Nonprofit LeaderSpark will be using Jill's song "Together" in their new promotional videos and fundraising campaign. More details in 2010.

NOVEMBER 2009
 ~Audio from Jill's on-air interview and acoustic performance on WGN Radio 720 with Greg Jarrett on Friday, Nov 20th is below. Jill plays part of her song "Dancin in a Rainstorm" and talks about the "Living Room Tour" house concert launch.

 ~Jess Weiner, Global Ambassador of Dove's Self-Esteem Fund, gives "WHEN I DREAM" a glowing review and highlights Jill Dawson in the November Actionist Newsletter! Click HERE to check it out and learn about all the wonderful things Jess is doing to change the lives of women and girls.

 ~The release of this song is truly just the beginning of a movement to write and distribute music that encourages positive change.  A  video is in the works, an official movement blog, and as well as more new "anthem" song material. 

OCTOBER 2009
 ~Gaia Galvan, Midwest Artist Search Solo Vocal winner, just finished recording my song "Never Home" which will be released on her debut CD in 2010

 ~Pigtail Pals apparel company which sells distinctive tees depicting girls in adventurous roles launched "When I Dream" for their theme song. Go to the WHEN I DREAM page to hear/download the song and learn about this amazing company!
